This kit doesn’t include 3D printed fan mounting plates, so isn’t as neat as our other designs.
The fans & Klevacool™ controller are simply zip-tied to your existing vent.
Our fans are “smart fans”, that vary their speed to match your fridge operating conditions!
This means:
They’re more efficient as they only draw as much power as required to cool your fridge.
They shutdown if the blades are blocked by a foreign object – No burnouts!
They’re quieter when the ambient temperature is colder (usually at night!)
Our kits use our own design “Klevacool Electronic Fan controller”, rather than a simple thermo-switch.

Bypass/test switch for testing fans or in the unlikely event of controller failure.
Control status LED for a quick visual indication of fan status.
Over-temperature monitoring & alarm if temperature gets too high.

SMART FANS – Our fans move up to 1640l/min & vary their speed depending on system requirements. This means less noise, less wear & lower overall power consumption.
SMART FANS will simply stop if the blades are blocked & restart when they are free again. No burn outs!

A multicolour LED provides unobtrusive visual indication of what the fans are doing.

Simply requires 12v to be provided to the connector on the fan mounting plates. All other wiring is done.

Important Notes
- These fans require 60mm of clearance from the front of the vent shroud to enable them to fit.
This fan system is designed to fit any vent type. Fans are 120mm square & there are two. Some extra room is required to mount the quick connect board.
The vents shown in the pictures are not supplied. The fans supplied in the kit are ZIP-TIED to your existing vent.
Installation of these fans is simple, but a power supply is required for them to operate. Wiring will need to be installed from the van electrical system to the vent. 4 meters of wire is included.
We don’t recommend connecting directly to the battery as this will bypass any battery low voltage protection devices in your van.
If you are unsure how to install this wiring, please consult with your local auto electrician or caravan repair shop.
