2. Ordering & Shipping

  • Local Pick-up: There is no local pick-up; all orders are sent via postage.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed before 1:00 PM on business days may qualify for same-day shipping (excludes weekends and public holidays).
  • Delivery Times: Standard delivery takes up to seven working days. Awnings and large items may take 7–10 days due to specialized freight requirements.
  • Freight Delays: Potential delays of up to 7 days may occur during peak periods or service disruptions.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Notification Period: You must advise Bayside Caravan Spares of any damage or shortages within three (3) business days of receipt.
  • Incorrect Orders: A 14-day exchange policy applies if you order the wrong item. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.
  • Return Authorisation (RA): No returns are accepted without an RA number. Request one by contacting [email protected] with your invoice number.
  • Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return freight costs for correctly supplied goods. Original postage and insurance costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

4. Warranty

  • Product Warranty: Many products carry specific manufacturer warranties. If there is a warranty issue, it needs to be taken up with the supplier within the stipulated warranty period. Customer can either contact Supplier directly with a proof of purchase or can seek assistance from Bayside Caravan Spares to reach the supplier.

5. Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: Personal information is collected solely to process transactions and manage accounts.
  • Mailing List: Providing an email address adds you to a mailing list, which you can opt out of at any time.
  • Third Parties: The business does not sell, trade, or rent personal information to others.
