We will endeavour to ship your order within 48 hours of receipt and we will keep you updated during the shipping process.
Same day shipping on orders placed before 1 pm is valid only on business days and excludes orders placed on weekends, public holidays and business closures.
Delivery is estimated to take up to seven (7) working days depending on your shipping address.
Street addresses are preferred to PO boxes as larger items cannot be posted.
After the item has been packed and processed you will receive shipping information and tracking numbers via the email address you provided.
Please allow 7-10 days for delivery on ALL awnings from the shipping date, these can be delayed as longer trucks are required to deliver these.
