1. Website Use
Accuracy of Information: The website provides general information about products and services. The supplier reserves the right to change or delete material at any time without notice.
Liability: The supplier is not liable for damages arising from access (or lack of access) to the website, including viruses or reliance on website information.
Interference: Customers agree not to disrupt, modify, or interfere with the website, its software, or its servers.
2. Ordering & Shipping
Local Pick-up: There is no local pick-up; all orders are sent via postage.
Dispatch Time: Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed before 1:00 PM on business days may qualify for same-day shipping (excludes weekends and public holidays).
Delivery Times: Standard delivery takes up to seven working days. Awnings and large items may take 7–10 days due to specialized freight requirements.
Freight Delays: Potential delays of up to 7 days may occur during peak periods or service disruptions.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Notification Period: You must advise Bayside Caravan Spares of any damage or shortages within three (3) business days of receipt.
Incorrect Orders: A 14-day exchange policy applies if you order the wrong item. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.
Return Authorisation (RA): No returns are accepted without an RA number. Request one by contacting [email protected] with your invoice number.
Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return freight costs for correctly supplied goods. Original postage and insurance costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
4. Warranty
Product Warranty: Many products carry specific manufacturer warranties. If there is a warranty issue, it needs to be taken up with the supplier within the stipulated warranty period. Customer can either contact Supplier directly with a proof of purchase or can seek assistance from Bayside Caravan Spares to reach the supplier.
5. Privacy Policy
Data Collection: Personal information is collected solely to process transactions and manage accounts.
Mailing List: Providing an email address adds you to a mailing list, which you can opt out of at any time.
Third Parties: The business does not sell, trade, or rent personal information to others.
