At Bayside Caravan Spares we are dedicated to providing timely delivery and excellent communication for all your RV and caravan part needs. Our stock levels are live and displayed against each item. We ship Australia-wide from our base in Cleveland, QLD.

Most of our orders are sent with Australia Post to an Australian address or PO Box.
Bulky orders will be sent by Courier. They will deliver to most Australian addresses, but they will not deliver to PO Boxes or remote Islands and External Territories.
We do not have Click & Collect or pick up locations. All orders must be placed online. We do not have a physical shop location or a counter or a showroom.

Tracking numbers are supplied to you when your order is sent. Neither Australia Post nor Couriers will call to confirm you are home. If you are not home and you have not authorised to leave without signature, your order will be returned to the depot or
local post office. You will need to collect from the depot or local Post office or pay a re-delivery fee.
8. Incorrect Address
You are able to edit your postage address until your order is sent. Where an incorrect address is provided and a parcel is returned to Bayside Caravan Spares the customer will be liable for any ‘Return to Sender’ fees plus any costs to resend to the new address.
9. International Orders
We do not deliver to any other countries other than Australia. We are unable process international orders or to respond to international emails.
